A global client required a universal digital kiosk solution for real-time stock management of the stock vending systems. The kiosk needed to support both Android and iOS tablets, integrated with Bluetooth technology to enable live tracking of product check-in and check-out by employees. Key requirements included:

Our Solution
Our engineering team designed a fully reversible kiosk housing, enabling simple configuration for either Android or iOS tablets with no modification required. To address regional differences, we sourced a universal charging system that included all relevant international plug types as standard, eliminating the need for aftermarket adapters.
Additionally, we engineered the cardboard packaging to serve a dual purpose: not only as protective transit material, but also as a clear, intuitive installation guide—further enhancing the out-of-box experience for international clients.
The Outcome
