Design for Manufacture (DFM) Prototype
Once the concept is approved, we move quickly to create a production-ready DFM prototype, engineered for efficient and scalable manufacturing.
Testing & Refinement
The prototype is rigorously tested. If adjustments are needed, we make them swiftly and work with you to finalize the design for approval.
Production
With the final design locked in, we begin manufacturing—delivering high-quality units at low to medium volumes, with speed and precision.
Delivery & Repeat Orders
Finished products are delivered to you, and the new production introduction is closed out. From here, we’re ready to support repeat orders with consistent quality and fast turnaround.
